I finally received a payment today from an Ebayer.....they bought the item on the 3rd
They only paid when I put in a NPB against them, having previously claimed that their Paypal account wasn't working, then that they had sent a cheque. Dodgy sods.
Still, at least I have my money (£9.94 after fees) so have withdrawn that and that will be another payment towards the credit card.
I need to have a wee look around the house tonight and see what other things I have that can be sold. There's a bit of me that's wondering if I should sell my Xbox...I did buy it for one game (Harry Potter!) and we're not really using it. A decision for tomorrow maybe!

Things to do today
[strike]Go and get the free Lego from the Daily Record
Two loads of washing[/strike]
Inventory cupboards so I don't buy things I don't need
[strike]Return clothes to New Look
Return clothes to River Island[/strike] I actually meant Oasis, but it's done
Buy toiletries for the month
Consider cleaning the bathroom
Not too bad as far as yesterdays list goes. I certainly thought about cleaning the bathroom, just did very little about it :rotfl:
I haven't bought toiletries yet as I'm going to get cheap shampoo in Costco today. I'm about to head for a shower but going to do my cupboard inventory first - can't go to Costco without a list!
Happy Sundays All! :j

Ooh and while I remember...last night I spent £10.20 on my brother's birthday present (Computer game with 66% off!) and today I have spent £2.99 on a possible Grabbit glitch that will form part of Mr Fresian's Christmas stocking.0

I think I have enough food to last for a while! One thing I am realising is that I don't need to buy beans for a really long time! I also have enough mince to last until next month at least. I really need to buy very little for the freezer apart from possibly some veg.
I've made my shopping list for Costco based on this and my bulk buys will be:
- lint rollers (BOGOF this month)
- ketchup
- chopped tomatoes (good deal this month, won't need any till New Year!)
- shampoo/conditioner
- mayonnaise
- teabags

Spendy spendy elves...
More details once I have tidied the living room, sorted dinner and done the dishes. I'm thinking of it as penance

You know, there's a big bit of me that would love to have another DFW meet this year - it was lovely to meet up with you and beanie and everyone last year. Shame I've left it so late to think about it
Spendy Elves are hard to tame. My current issue is online shopping - I don't have to go out in the rain and it's nice to get parcels in the post. What I have found is working at the moment is filling my online basket then closing down the webpage. I have no idea why it's working, but I feel better once I've looked at the things I want and not bought them
I am also starting to realise, from the posts I made the other day, that if I really work my little cowprint bottom off I might be debt-free in time for my birthday. I don't have to spend the money and most things I want I will be able to get cheaper in the January Sales anyway. I will be strong!!
Morning Money Post is on its way...
I am well thanks. For some reason I couldn't sleep, I keep dreaming of work which can't be good.
I will be in Edinburgh on Sunday if you fancy a coffee.
Need to tame my elves I will try those tips and see how it goes:DWeekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30
