I tend to to look on laterooms and then phone them up and cheekily ask them to give me a better price - most of them say yes.. I tend to stay at Mecure hotels and they give between 40-60% discount a lot of the time!! But i am quite cheeky, not everyone likes to do that.
I did look last night and found one that was pretty cheap (Without looking like it also housed bugs...) and can also get 12% off the booking by doing it through my works discounts programme. I am waiting for my friend to come round tonight and we're going to book the hotel and Wicked. WOOOOOO!!!

I do it a lot for work so i'm used to it now
Yay!! Hope you get it all booked soon, and MSE of course0 -
Yesterdays spends:
£9.90 on cocktails with my friend (She paid for another round and dinner though...)
£9.99 on Russell Brand's new book...and meeting him!!!! He was doing a book signing in our local Waterstones
Bad and spendy I know, but totally worth it. Today I have already spent £20 of my Ebay money on Mr Fresian's latest bank charge :mad: I don't plan to spend anything else though so we'll see how that goes. I'm knackered after wandering around town yesterday so it's going to be a quiet day in Fresian Towers today

Money
PAD/Spends = £160
Groceries = £51.80
Entertainment = £11.76
Purse = fluff and hope...
Outstanding loan = £675.60
The loan is looking good. Sadly the Tesco card isn't looking as healthy. I am going to have to be a very disciplined Fresian...

Spent a little more money yesterday as I have now booked my hotel and tickets for Wicked. Pricey stuff indeed...
I'm going to speak to Maw and Paw Fresian and see if they would like to contribute to this for my birthday present.
Nothing spent so far today, but have to go to the supermarket later on for milk and cheese. Will try not to spend a tenner......
