LOL i might try that. I know my mum used to stick a photo of her at her biggest on the fridge.
I'm not that bad at resisting urges. Just sometimes at certain times or certain foods really tempt me. Although up until 3 weeks ago i was attending the gym 5 times a week burning at least 1000 calories at a time so i could pretty much eat what i want.
Past few weeks i've been too busy redecorating and having a "summer" clean (i missed spring apparently) and i've been going maybe twice a week insteadYou keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

i eat through boredom (plus I quit smoking before xmas so that didnt help!), Its under control now, only because I got ruthless and stopped buying snack foods, crisps and biscuits etc. The kids hate me now :rotfl:0 -

I quit smoking last year in september/october so i know what its like.
I put on 3 stone =/ But i've already lost the majority of itBest of it is, when i quit.....i wasnt even eating fatty/sweet foods more than usual, i actually used to snack on carrot sticks :think: so the mind boggles!

I put on about 3 stone too :mad: The problem was I replaced cigarettes with drinking Ribena and fruit juice, which it turns out are incredibly fattening. Now I've replaced those with water I'm starting to shed the pounds again.
I have just cheated and had an Indian though, been flu'd up to the eyeballs all week with a lot of rubbish on my chest and usually find a curry shifts it0 -

I can take or leave alcohol, and Im not a lover of wine. I have a bit of a weakness to a bottle of pear cider on a sunny day though lol
