From my last correspondence with my consultant
degenerative disc disease T11/12 L5/S1 with disc bulges L3/4 L4/5 L5/s1 with compression of the L5/s1 nerve root
L5/S1 radiculopathy on the right
at the L3/4 level there is a circumferential disc bulge with lateral stenosis and facet joint arthropathy
the L4/5 disc has an annular tear with central protrusion and there is impingement on the L5 nerve root at L5/S1 there is a circumferential disc protrusion with right paracentral disc protrusion and annular tear compressing the S1 nerve root0
