No I am not happy - HSBC have messed me around for months and this is the final straw.
Funny that you say they dont care - I just had a call from the business centre this morning begging me not to move accounts - seems that the two business accounts we have must be quite important to them.
I do all my banking online and have never had a problem before - I most certainly do not want to ring up every time I need to pay a new person!
If I have been given wrong information (by customer service at HSBC) and I only need to phone once and then I can set it up myself next time, then great I am happy with that! unfortunately I could only go by the word of the person who I spoke to when I rang THEIR number.
Its too hot to wear knickers! LOL
Really, they don't care..trust me! As for begging, no CSR begs.
