You have to tell them, or you will just face problems down the line. And bear in mind that if it is noticed, the poor guy who made the mistake could get fired, you want that on your conscience? Just grow a pair and face up to the £700 you owe.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

They have 6 years to claim the money from you, as with any debt. You may as well pay it now, before you are tempted to spend it on something else.0

I have NO morels and would let the 6 months run by xD
EFA.at least i was honest enough to say that i wouldnt tell them hahaha
So being "honest" about being dishonest makes it Ok?
You appear to have the morals of an expense-hungry MP, and likely to be just as popular in reality.
I should be stunned to see so many posts like this on MSE, where moneysaving and fraud are seen to be one and the same, but sadly I'm more stunned that people actually admit to this.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

So if someone did it to your Dad, you would go bananas - but it's OK for you to do it to someone else? - and after they did you a favour by delivering it.
Do you really need us to tell you what you should do?
This is not moneysaving - it's theft0 -
This happend to me a few years ago, but it was for £7,500. When we informed the caravan dealer, he had no idea he didn't have the money :eek:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

No dilemma in my opinion, yes you should give them the money or basically its theft0
