Had to plump for the £32.50 service call in the end. They said it was a guaranteed fix, so I suppose that isn't too bad, but I'll have to ait a few days for them to come.

I had a similar thing. The engineer fixed the problem, left me his buisness card and said call me direct next time, I am much cheaper than Sky!NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0
