They are within rights to charge I guess they have put that charge because they don't actually want you to pick up. If they are a business they would still have to pay staff etc.0

They're perfectly allowed to charge, and collection can often be a real pain, so I can see where they are coming from. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
If you read my post youll see I told them not to pay the charge of £37Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

But then the seller won’t let them have it, and can open an NPB as they haven’t paid the full amount?0

i just think its ridiculous to charge to collect an item0

plus the fact the item is only 20 miles away!!!0

So the buyer would get an NPB plus they would have paid out on travel costs and time.
