npower cashback query

Hi Sally,
I also took up the incentive to join nPower on a dual fuel offer with a £130 cashback via Quidco. The transaction has been tracking correctly since 4th March and I have been patiently waiting for payment - I was reassured by your comments above. To my horror, I have just logged into Quidco and I see that it's been declined! My dual fuel account is set up and I have clearly followed the process, so I am extremely angry. Can you shed any light onto this? I can direct message my account details to you if you're willing to help.
Regards,
Adam0 -
Well, my transaction has finally been validated. Now I wait and see how long they take to actually pay out, that money would come in very handy for Christmas but I won't hold my breath!0

I joined Npower using Topcashback and it did not track so I entered a "missing query". It has now been updated to payable at Zero. Is this a con. It would appear from other comments from duel fuel switchers that many people are getting a Zero payable. This Topcashback/Npower deal seems to be very underhanded bordering on fraudulent. BEWARE you have been warned0

nPower have continually been highlighted as non-payers. There is little wonder that they can afford to offer double and quintuple the cashback of other suppliers - the scrotes do not pay up. NEVER include the cashback from nPower in your calculations on switching.0

I have £120 Npower claim with Topcashback from 13th Feb 09. It tracked, took ages to pend then went payable at zero. Submitted claim, wrote on TCB forum, reappeared as a result of my claim submission, now gone to zero again!! Really fed up. Also have an Npower Business claim gone to zero for £52. Both accounts are open and all criteria and conditions have been met.I can't find any claims on TCB feedback page where anyone has had any money from Npower. I have asked TCB on their forum to include as one of their statistics the number claims going payable at zero because showing the number of tracked claims is irrelevant if they never pay out. If there is an Npower rep reading this please have a look at the feedback-it's really bad and doing Npower's poor customer service ratings no good at all. http://www.topcashback.co.uk/retailersextrasnpower.htm0

Too late for me then.
I signed up with Npower in September 2009 after they made a promise of £100 annual discount if I pay by direct debit.
Instead, Npower over-debited my account by £320.13 for the gas, and now "unable" to refund it to my account.0 -
My claim has now been turned down by Topcashback due to Npower paying the money to another cashback site! I did not use another cashback site which means that Npower or Topcashback are lying.0

There was an Npower rep earlier on in this Thread.
Mine has also been turned down with TCB-we're on the same threads and reviews of Npower.
I've re-submitted my claim for the second time,it's worth doing.0 -
Hi NPower rep. Are you still around?
Lots of TopCashBack customers have been turned down with no explanation. Your reviews on TCB are appalling. They all track so your tracking percentage is great BUT they go payable at £0. Submitting a claim means they reappear-then go to zero again.
Are you able to explain or investigate?0 -
I'm not very up on these things but people may be missing something here?
I signed up to npower through topcashback this morning. The website states:
"Please note, this cashback is provided by Top CashBack, not npower. If you have any queries with regards to your cashback please direct them to Top CashBack, not npower directly."
"npower is not responsible for the payment of any cash-back sum advertised by Top CashBack. You should check Top CashBack terms and conditions for the details and timings of its cash-back payments."
Should any complaints not be directed at topcashback? Sorry if I'm wrong.
I've got nothing but praise for topcashback so far so I'm hoping that my claim is processed as advertised (like everyone else, it is showing as tracking ok).
I have 10 days to cancel...has anyone at all been paid this cashback that anyone knows of?
Cheers0
