Apprehensive about 12month Free Contracts, should i be?

I've been looking at these deals and am thinking about going with Mobile Rainbow or Mobile outlet or Phone Box Direct.

Now I'm worried about these deals as it almost seems too good to be true. Now if the company goes bust, or simply they do not want to give me the money I am left either out of pocket, or having to go to small claims.

Should i be so worried?

Try and stick with big companies like e2save, OSPS, and carphonewarehouse, Dial A Phone or MobileShop. Mobile rainbow has some stringent terms and conditions which include denying cashback if you move house! As long as you stick with the big guns, I doubt you will have any problems. Many of us have been using cashback deals and have completed several contracts fine, sometimes without any effort at all and sometimes with a little bit of following up.

Just to add, make sure as you read the cash back instructions and terms and follow them correctly then you should have no problems.
