My sympathies Shel, thinking of you.

Would you have any friends or family who could box up all the wedding items and store them until you decide what you want to do with them? You may regret getting rid of everything later, maybe keep one of each as a memento of your plans together?

I agree about getting to a beach - even if it's Brighton or Blackpool - sitting by the sea always lifts my spirits and is very healing.

I'm so sorry to hear that, I saw the thread about the bridesmaid dresses and was hoping you were changing your colour scheme rather than not having a wedding. I didn't realise there had been an accident, I'm so sorry, I can't begin to imagine what you are going through.
