grrrrrr! currently on £1o.25 and every survey I get sent im either thrown out for not being compatible or have 'already completed'.
  • Despite all the complaints (and they're perfectly valid) VO is still one of the best steady earners, all things considered.I do wish they would sort out their issues and communicate with members though,it almost feels like we're being treated with contempt...

Has anyone else noticed a marked increase in dud invites the last few weeks?Virtually every invite I've had has led to a 'Sorry, there is a problem processing your request. Please try again later' message or a surveymyopinion.com blank page!

They haven't sunk to the despairing depths of Vivatic or AskGFK...yet.Fingers crossed.

I find that I am also getting a "not suitable to participate" message on 8 out of 10 surveys I do, or they have "filled their quota". I agree it used to be good for building up points quickly and I was getting a voucher every month but now it seems to be one every 3-4 months IF I am lucky. A lot of work for not much but beggars can't be choosers when you can't work :(

I've had £30 so far this year which I've requested Boots vouchers for to do my Christmas shopping with, I hope I earn another by the end of the year which I'll put towards next years lol. I find it's useful to do and doesn't take much time to complete.

Has anyone redeemed points for Flexecodes vouchers and used them for travel?

From what I can tell, the vouchers indicate they can be used by calling Love2shop Holidays to make a booking.

Are their prices competitive with High Street or on line travel agencies? Do they accept multiple vouchers against a booking, and what are the logistics of getting and redeeming the vouchers?

Has anybody else noticed that having completed a "Media" survey that your participation history shows as survey started and never get credited for it.

This has happened on a couple of occasions to me but when I ask VO about it I just get the standard reply of either wait a bit longer or some surveys are registered differently.

I have just checked my account and since May I have 6 "Survey started" entries and I am sure I have qualified and completed at least 4 of them, there are lots more Media surveys listed that I have not qualified for or quota full.:(

billn, yes I have had this regularly happen as well, I always keep a copy of any surveys I have completed until points are added, and have queried these with VO, who stated I had not completed the survey..... They are getting a lot worse, makes me mad especially now they charge £10.50 for a £10. voucher, also they used to send out Argos vouchers, but now you have to print them, thus saving them even more money. Amount paid per survey has dropped

Another couple of things to watch for, I find a lot of their surveys do not have a number, so is hard to cross check and query if not paid, several surveys state 20 - 40mins, 75p - £2.00 reward. Funny how the ones I have done (I keep a note of the time taken), that have taken the full 40mins at least, have only ever been credited for the measly amount of 75p.

I have about £6 with them, but stopped doing surveys with them some months ago, for reasons given earlier in this thread. From being one of the better survey sites, they have turned into a company which I find misleading at best and dishonest at worst.

I have felt this for ages. I am fed up with also diving through 5-10 min surveys to then be told You have been screened out yet I have completed enough to qualify for rewards by this time but they never appear. VO seems to be one of the few companies that do this and I seem to "qualify for about 5% if that of their surveys. Really fed up with it

I don't keep a note of the surveys, I have found that the participation history is fairly accurate.

I have also found that some of the surveys come with a different invite that doesn't tell you how much or how long it is expected to take.

I only do VO so I can't compare it with anything else, I do agree that they seem to be penny pinching with the 50p admin fee.
