Thought I was about to get a decent payment of £30 for 1 hour survey offered to me but surprise, surprise didn't qualify!!
I do quite like Valued Opinions though as I seem to be able to reach £10 most months.
I tend to get about £50 a year if I'm lucky and the sheer number of surveys I seem to complete or am close to completing (why else would they keep asking me questions 10 or 20 minutes in??) and then am told I did not qualify....I wish there was an instant way to report those surveys that do this- the nearest you can get to this is to email them and then roughly a month later they'll ask you for the survey code. I'm sorry what?? I replied to the survey via the reply email or have even stated the code when I initially emailed!! I get so fed up with being scammed like this.0 -
It's kind of a long and REALLY frustrating story lol
Anyway I contacted Valued Opinions a couple of weeks ago after noticing I had stopped receiving surveys. They told me my account had been deactivated. They didn't tell me why but they did reactivate it.
I tried to log in using the same details I have always used to log into my account and kept getting the message that my email address could not be found in the system. I got this same message when using the forgotten password link.
After numerous emails to Valued Opinions and them constantly insisting that nothing is wrong with my account today they sent me a new password which worked, however I noticed that my balance was only £3.50 and before they deactivated my account I had over £10.
I checked my reward history and saw that on the 19th December someone redeemed a £10 flexecode. I never redeemed this and didn't receive the code.
I told Valued Opinions this and they recent the code. When I tried to use this code it had already been used.
I have told Valued Opinions this and am still waiting for their reply. Obviously I have just changed my password but I am really annoyed that someone has done this and didn't know it was possible to order voucher codes to other email addresses other than my registered one.
What are the chances I will get this voucher at all or the money back in my account?£2013 in 2013 challenge - £2235.75/£20130 -

You can see further up the page, my account was deactivated recently too. They told me it was because I was giving conflicting answers.0 -
I think issue here is that there was a redemption that wasn't requested by the user !ally.0

I don't think they can send to another e mail address as it automatically goes to the registered e mail, so i would insist on them looking into where it was sent.
hope you do get your voucher back as these days it takes a long time to get the thresholdhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
Thanks for your reply, I have double checked all the emails I received on the day it was redeemed including in my deleted folder and there is nothing from them, and I keep a record of all my online earnings and have nothing from valued opinions all December. Also if they check my redemption history they can see that I always redeem for Amazon codes and have never redeemed for flexecodes. I have changed my password for both my email account and Valued Opinions so I just really hope they can either resend it or credit my account with the £10.50 that was used to redeem the voucher.£2013 in 2013 challenge - £2235.75/£20130

I wasn't offering an explanation regarding the voucher as I have no expertise on Valued Opinions.
I was merely pointing out that the op is not alone in having their account disabled, and offering the explanation I was given for my similar predicament, as op seems to have had their account disabled at the same time mine was.0 -
Is anyone else having probems with accessing the main site? I keep getting errors - something about a redirect loop.
Can anyone advise? x0 -
I managed to login although it was very slow, i'm now trying to logout and it's slow doing that too.0
