Hi everyone. Was planning to get John Lewis vouchers from VO to put towards a christmas present, but only ever having claimed Amazon vouchers it never even crossed my mind that they'd have to be posted out! Has anyone had john lewis vouchers before and if so how long do they usually take to arrive? Worried what I was going to get will be sold out before I get my vouchers! :doh:

Just completed a survey that asked if I had and used a list of items. One of the options was a TIME MACHINE. It's not often VO makes me laugh!

I got so fed up with so many rejections I un-subscribed from VO some months ago though I did get a lot of vouchers over the years. New Vista is about to pay me my 6th £50 cheque even though I do get bunked off quite often. Shop and Scan earns £1.60 a week but the dream site is Consumer Pulse. They ask what you have bought that week, mostly clothing etc, and give you 50p's worth of points (500) even if the answer in nothing. Opinium is only 50p a survey but I don't think I have ever been rejected but it takes a fair time to notch up £25 at which point they sens you the cash using BACS.

Got invited to an £8 Project/Survey today from Valued Opinions - have to keep a 3 day food diary!! Not good as it's my birthday this weekend :eek: - Think they'll be a lot of cake on there, ha!!

Don't bother!!!! It's cleverly worded, payment 'up to £8'. My OH did it and got £2. It is really time consuming too.

I completed the 3 day survey also,it's very repetetive and time consuming,if you have say 10 cups of tea a day you will have to answer approx 60 questions (for each cup!) after finding out this I scaled back my tea consumption a little for the next two days;)
still only got £2 though

I had that survey too.

What a palaver! If you have a glass of water they want to know where you got it, what you had with it, what motivated you to drink it, who was with you when you drank it, etc, etc.

And you have to go through these endless questions for pratically every morsel that you have consumed!

Too much effort for too little reward.

I quite like Valued Opinions. I get regular £10 vouchers, and they've always arrived in the time quoted. If I get thrown off one survey, I am often given the chance to immediately take another one.

I did the 3-day food diary for another survey site not too long ago. It was mind-numbingly tedious, and I agree about the glasses of water. I drink a lot of water during the day, and so by the third day my consumption was dramatically reduced!
