I had same problem.
I have over £12 confirmed so I go to ''claim my reward'' then I get a ''page can not be displayed''.
I rung VO up actually for the first time, I got a nice gentleman who said he would do it manually for me, but then when I said I wanted amazon ... he said they are out of stock and will take 2-3 weeks.

So if you want anything other than amazon ... definately ring them. The numbers on the bottom of the ''contact us'' page.

Did anyone do the survey for Tsubo shoes? I got sent a gorgeous pair of boots to try but they've sent me ones that are too small! Not sure how I'm supposed to trial them if I cant get my feet in them! Has anyone else had this problem? I've e-mailed VA but no response (might be waiting a while!) but I'm not convinced they'll help...

Mine arrived and are the right size - although reading the box initially i thought they were the wrong size.

Thanks Scottishlass - I even tried them on but there's no way I'll be able to walk in them! Which ones did you go for?

Can't remember the name - but I went for heels - they were my first choice and I love them - its a shame yours don't fit - fingers cross they'll get back to you soon.

I had the same message about living overseas when i tried to claim my reward last week, i emailed them & got a reply the next morning saying - "The security system may block you if your server’s IP address is outside the UK even though you are not. I will have to order your voucher. Which voucher would you like?"

I sent my voucher request & had the order confirmation a couple of days later
