    I actually had my account blocked a couple of years ago as I completed a survey when I was in France but they unblocked it once I contacted them.

    I have had the problem for last 2 weeks with not being able to claim reward
    Emailed VA 3 times, and today got a reply, they have manually requested me an amazon voucher and got it instantly
    very pleased
    Stay clear of EcashRewards !!!

    Finally was able to get my amazon vouchers today, had emailed them twice and still no reply but at least I have them now for Christmas :)

    Spent ages filling in a survey today, then it told me that they'd reached the target number of participants! GAH! This happens too often!
