At the bottom left of diary it should say "Finish Survey" just click on it.

im having the same trouble, there is no "finish survey" on mine

When you log in at the very bottom of the page there should be an option to 'Submit diary' (or similar words), if it's not there have you had an email to remind you yet? A couple of times when I've done similar survey diaries I've not had the submit option showing until they've sent me an email to the final survey.

Hi Scuba,

Thanks for the reply, have had a text message telling me i need to submit but i havnt had an email. Ive just logged in again and there definately is no option to submit. Just a logout button and on the bottom right is the "add" button. I will wait for the email and if i dont get one i will have to contact them.

I seem to get the text the day before the email so fingers crossed it'll turn up for you tomorrow.

Yup, although I did get a text last night telling me that the final survey is ready to complete, only I havent had an email telling me the same, and if I try to log into the mysmsdiary page, it tells me that my number isnt recognised.

Cheers for that. I sent them an email asking when it would end and got a standard generic reply - this was after it had overrun a week. Seems they arent really on top of this but hope I get the same message.

Oh, I just logged in and clicked submit diary - did you do this yet - that option was not there for me before!

Its just let me log in and submit, that option wasnt there last time I checked either. I guess thats all we can do now apart from wait and see if the £30 shows up.
