if only they were minor have you had mental health issues, have you barly been physical able to get out of because your in so much pain ,
I still suffer the panic attacks and flashbacks from post traumatic stress disorder 9 years ago. Yes I was depressed, not just a bit down. Didn't leave the house for weeks, cried non stop, needed counselling and antidepressants.
Had to retire early because of it as lost all self confidence.
Still need propanalol and always carry paper bags for the panic attacks.
So yes I have had and still do have mental health issues.0 -

then you should dam well no better to critise others just because they have differnet issues in life its discrasful infact, people say the older you get the wiser you get not in your case i might add iam 24 with better vaules than you will ever have0 -
