Landlords will be quaking in their pants up and down the country.
Maximum LHA rate has been slashed to £400pw.
Should be interesting when people can't find anything to rent, landlords are already not keen to rent to LHA 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Jobs:
Jobs are being created in the South not the rest of the country. The country must be rebalanced by continuing Capex on infrastructure. Also a way of providing finance for the North and tax breaks too (sounds a bit like the Docklands Development Corp run by Heseltine which was a massive success IMO).0 -
Ok, now I am getting seriously annoyed with my feed, as soon as he starts on a new announcement, the feed buffers!
Generali - The phone line tax thing confuzzled me too, had never heard of it.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

LOL.... Quaking in their pants in central London, perhaps.
Not many properties full of benefits claimants getting 21K a year in rent outside of the South East.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

20% VAT.... Loving it. Much better than other tax rises, as it's such a small component of most peoples income.
And also no expansion into other areas.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
