That did make me chuckle XH asked me to do the same once so I did write him a list and he never got to the bottom of it as I kept adding jobs to it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    .
Em thasr me now lol except he just says anything else you want me to do wellllllll......... i mean come on he's asking for it :rotfl:

nev:- i'd leave her at home, i've done it a few times with DS1 and lo and behold the next time he tries it on he soon realises i always win.

Well not much flying done but i have made a start in some cat beds. so its all good.
OH has gone to the pub and i'm off to bed

    night all.

P.S child benefit letters : - if you get paid into your bank just use the refernce code its paid in with, its the number with CHB on the end. Thats what i use and i've never had any probs with it.

stinky bins: -put cat litter in it to soak the squishy liquid works a treat and seal the bags at the same time.
  • Coaches turned up just after 7. Hordes of children throwing themselves into their Mums' arms. I counted myself fortunate that she leant against me briefly, as the only thing I was expecting to be thrown at me was the suitcase. Obviously, I pulled the case home, but no shopping trolley necessary.

She waited until we got indoors and then gave me a huge hug.

She sat on the sofa with me watching Glastonbury and munching sausage sarnies until just before ten, when she disappeared. Found her face first on her bed, fully clothed, feet hanging over the side.

    Sound asleep.

All is well with the world tonight. :):):)

  • Hey everyone! Didn't stick to the list today I'm afraid as just had couple of hours after work before girls came round for tea and dvd and drinkies. But I did do:

    Pots and drying up
Vac in kitchen and front room
Cleaned living room window: inside and out
    Wiped down in kitchen

Had a very enjoyable evening catching up on gossip and watching The Hangover on dvd - a bit of brainless fun! Just thinking why oh why I booked myself in for hairdressers at 9:30 tomorrow morning - oh well, best be off to bed soon!

JoJo your encounter with the Council man made me laugh - good taste in tunes by the way!

Take care evreyone and have a nice sunshiney weekend !!

From my list it looks like lots of catching up for me this weekend.

Planning on going to town to John Lewis clearance in the morning first thing. I have a huge list of things to look for and I can wander across to Argos to collect my iron and Debenhams to return some stuff.

Not too much on apart from cricket for 2 of the boys. Hoping to get DS2 to rest most of the weekend as he is still not right, oh he has an inset on Monday as well.

    Dishwasher emptied
    Washing up done
    One load of laundry in

About to have breakfast then need to start sorting out what I need for camping today - last minute decision to stay overnight for a friend's birthday weekend on a campsite in the new forest. I don't do camping...

Need to go shopping for food to take with me and food for the week plus a few other bits I've been putting off. And the garden needs watering...

    Enjoy the sunshine everyone :D
