    Hi all wave.gif

Isn't it great to see the sun again ?
Have achieved quite a lot since getting home - had a shower, put the bread on. washing on, cooked tea and have now got a gammon in the oven. Am going to water all the plants in a minute and then tackle the kitchen.
Hope you all had a great day smihug.gif

Most of Monday done. Sports day tomorrow so I have been super-mum and made a lovely picnic to eat at half time (KS1 in morning, KS2 in afternoon). DD1's 'boyfriend' is joining us for lunch! They're 9!!! Sweet:)

    Thanks Valli

our secondary are starting afternoon lessons 10 minutes early and letting the kids out 10 minutes early (2:50). Those who need to can stay in the LRC at school for normal pick-up.

Kitchen hotspot all sorted :j Just the floor to do which I will do tomorrow with the hall one.

Forgot to say that I got to my goal weight this morning. I only needed to loose 7lbs but I'm very pleased that I did it:j

Just to add to the debate: my school is a designated sports college and we aren't finishing until our normal time of 3.15 and as far as I'm aware all the after school activities are still going ahead

Hooray! At last - a list crossed off. Am looking forward to coq au vin tonight: it smells yummy. We've got baby jerseys and peas from the garden; and I've bought a profiterole stack from M&S to celebrate on the way back from school: DD just heard that she got into the county youth orchestra today (though strictly speaking she's 2 years too young to qualify). :j:j:j Audition was ages ago, just after she had her appendix op (not good when you have to play the cello!) so we weren't too hopeful...

That is brilliant, I remember when I first went to our county wind orchestra.

Took DD to swimming this PM and came out to see one of the back windows on the car open....strange, I thought(they shut automatically when double locked)........(2 went not so long back.....£200 each!!!)......get home and realise thats gone too:mad::mad:.

OH going to the scrappy's tomorrow, can't afford another £200!! for a stoopid piece of plastic(thats al it needs but you can'y just get that bit done, you need to replace the whole mechanism!!!!!!

Enough ranting, have done a bit of homework, now need to put it into bag ready for class tomorrow......
