Is it still under guarentee?
It was around 12-13 months old when it first went faulty but by then Domotec had gone into receivership so I didnt know where to send it, now its been gathering dust in the corner of the living room for over a year!Hi, Little Princess.
More repair businesses are popping up these days. I am also one of them repairing Roombas and Scoobas in the US before I came to the UK.
Let me know if you need help.
Any help would be appreciated, the one place I did find on the internet quoted me £65 for a battery or £95 for a service which will include a battery if that is found to be at fault.
