Oh god, a tuna thread, my worst nightmare!!! I read the posts just to torture myself. Just the mere sight of tuna sends me rushing to the bathroom to want to vomit. Strange eh? And no-one in work with a tuna sandwich (oh god I'm feeling really ill now) is allowed within 40 feet of me.
However, I like to get DH to make tuna dishes for DS so I buy whatever make I can find in springwater. Although I made the mistake of defrosting such a dish for bubbs when DH was at work so I had to feed it to him.  Barfffff. I had to try and do it looking away and with my hand over my mouth and nose.
And I hate how some people pronounce tuna as "chewna". Grrrrr
JxxxAnd it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end0 -

I think you've mistaken this for the 'Things that make me go Grrrrr' thread in the Arms!!
I know what you mean, though, DS loves tuna (not 'chewna'!!) with a passion and I'm so delighted now he's old enough to open the nasty tins himself!
To the OP - sorry to digress from your question. DS is partial to Nixe tuna steaks from Lidl.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)
Debt free success date: 14.8.2006 :j0 -

Because DS loves it I buy John West flakes or steaks - whichever is on offer, made the mistake of trying Somerfields value once to be presented with cat food mush swimming in some sort of liquid - no offence to any furbabies - tthe dog welcomed it with some rice !
Oh but always have trouble opening the multipacks that are sealed in the plastic !
As far as baked beans go highly recommend Somerfields own, compared to the tesco strange white looking effort. The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones. - Chinese Proverb

Another springwater fan here.
But also, I check that it's been line-caught. If not, it's been fished using nets and many dolphins are caught and killed this way
