If you have a cheap advance ticket to London Waterloo you cannot get off at Woking - you have to pay the full fare to do that.

You'll need to use one of the bus/tube routes already described. Your Oyster will cover them

I looked at the TFL site and the reason the Jubilee / Piccadilly line hasn't come up as an option is that the Jubilee line is closed for engineering works (on 26 June) between Waterloo and Stanmore (so you can't get to Green Park as it falls between the two).

Best idea would be to do as JCP suggests and avoid going into central London in the first place if you can get off the train earlier and get a bus. Will be a lot easier and quicker.

But if you want to come into central London, TFL's advanced engineering warning says that rail replacement buses are operating, so you may want to give TFL a quick call to confirm that you can get a rail replacement bus from Waterloo to Green Park on 26 June - the rail replacement buses will only stop at Westminster en route instead of lots of local stops (as "normal" buses will). There should be a lift at Green Park to get you down into the station and then most - if not all - of the way down to the Piccadilly line (stations that interchange with the Jubilee line tend to have lifts, other stations vary).

Thanks for everyone that reply the thread to help me.:A

Thank you for checking the engineering work date for me. I didnt realise that.:p

If the Jubilee line is closed on that day 26th June,

    Can i take

    1) From Waterloo - Northern line -> Embankment - District/Circle Line -> Any stop can change to Piccadilly Line (please advice which stop will be easiest for traveling with luggages) -> Piccadilly Line -> Heathrow Airport

    2) From Waterloo - Northern Line -> Leicester Square -Piccadilly Line -> Heathrow

Will those journey above work? and which one will be easier? And can you give me advice for 1) which stop should I change line?

I looked up on internet about Railair, I can only find it depart from Reading or Heathrow, and also it will be more expensive to do that because the train ticket to London is Cheaper . And I don't have much money as I am only a student. But thank you for all your help. I might take Railair next time as it sounds very easy and reliable! :)

Thanks again sooooooo much! Without people's help in here, i am still sit here and panic what to do. Thanks :)

TfL are stupid then. Only an idiot would want to change at Piccadilly Circus if they have luggage.

Take the Tube replacement bus to Westminster then District Line to Hammersmith, walk a few feet to the adjacent platform for the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow. Westminster is one of the few stations in central London that is disabled accessible and has lifts between entrance & Tube lines

It will be fine - large prams and bicycles are the problem

They will run frequently but take a few minutes longer

How difficult is it to get to your nearest coach station?

I would think that is still your easiest means of getting to HR especially if a friend can give you a lift by car and the timing is OK.

We take a coach for a 4 hr journey to HR twice a year.
The coach costs £20 for me, half price as I'm over 60.
The taxi costs £15 to the coach stop for me and the missus.

The flights costs £700 return approx.

The flight is by far the cheapest rate of travel per mile
It's your money. Except if it's the governments.

Another vote for Feltham. Waterloo to Feltham however is DIRECT no need to change at Clapham Junction .

Travel to Waterloo-hop a train to Feltham (which has a lift) come out of the station and the bus stop is right outside and services are very frequent (lots of airport staff use it). There two services one for the central bus station at Heathrow for terminals 1 2 and 3 and a seperate bus for terminal 4. Fare is £2 or £1.20 with Oyster for the bus. Also if you need something to eat at sensible prices you could grab something there -there's a variety of eating places including a Wetherspoons and a supermarket within yards of Feltham station-much cheaper than finding something at Heathrow.

Since I rediscovered this route I never go into central London to get to Heathrow-this way is cheaper and so much less stressful and no steps. With replacement buses don't even consider the tube please !!

When checking the fares -calculate them three ways 1 Axminster to Heathrow via Feltham (bus included) 2 Axminster to Feltham 3 Axminster to Waterloo on the cheap fare and a seperate ticket Waterloo to Feltham. Often one way is cheaper than another even though it's the same routing.

The tube is a pain with luggage -avoid crossing central London for sure. Waterloo is easy.

I see what you mean Will-although personally I find the lifts at CJ to be unreliable and often a trek even when working-personally if there's little difference in the fare (the OP mentioned a cheaper fare to London) I'd probably stay on the train the extra 5 minutes to Waterloo and not have to hump bags up and down steps.

Guess it may come down to the fares as to which is better :)
