How do you know that a new profile would not fix the problem? A lot of problems are caused by corrupt profiles.
I and the vast majority of Firefox users don't have this problem. So there must be something different on his computer. It's worth a try at least...0 -

They don't, i posted that message back in March and had many updates since then, but the fault still occures on certain sites. FF make the mistake of not providing a big shiny button to submit faults, so i doubt that they are aware. Even if they are, it isn't affecting everyone so they won't treat it as priority. Which is a shame because i love FF but the longer it goes on i'm going to have to switch to another browser.
For those that have the same fault as me, the only way i've found to fix it is by setting up a new Windows profile. Using a new profile isn't something i want to do, so i will let you know if find a proper fix.0
