Hi, I had a secunia warning for adobe flash update.however, for some reason I connot get adobe reader, or flash, downloaded from site. errors keep occurring? some how, it,s gone.Error message,1316.network error trying to read from this file.c:\users\joeappdata\local\adobereader9.3\setupfiles\adberdr930_en_us.msi also having trouble with secunia updates for java.nogo.tried removing old files, nogo. any help appreciated

Hi alienEnRIk, according to my proram list they are all there, but other programs saying I need them.Flash,reader,air,download manager,etc. they seem to have just dissappeared.cannot access them. try to remove and instal again from hippo, cheers

Hi, Alien, same problem with reader, via hippo, same error as I wrote. Something stopping it downloading, and something stopping me accessing whats there?any ideas?cheers

I assume adobes 'download manager' is working in that it opens and tries to download them? But its failing to download them?

If thats the case, im wondering if a firewall or similar is blocking it?
