    If the seller was selling a cheap open cream pretending it to be an expensive unused one, then that sounds pretty much like a scammer. If you can do that you can easily say that an item hasn't been received back.
    It's a shame that a lot of people come on here after the event, as this would probably have had a different outcome, as the OP would have been advised to send special delivery.
    Until I started coming on here I had sent several things recorded if I was a little unsure about the buyer but I would always now pay the extra for special delivery, if the value made it worthwhile especially if returning something.
