    me? trolling!!

don't make me laugh. i've yet to find anything of any help to anyone from the loon.

her blinkered views would be more suited to the wimmins aid forum. they have a great section on how to flout contact orders and how to decieve the csa to get more money etc. i'm sure she'd fit right in there.

i've seen some moronic attitudes over the years, but her one sided, hard done done by drivel really takes some beating.

foot note. there were 121,779 divorces in 2008. there were 95,000 ish c1 applications in the same year. some of those wont relate to that specific divorce year of course. it does however blow the fiction of the loon that contact blocking pwc are a "minority".

i have read some utter tosh on various boards over the years, but hers takes "blinkered drivel" to a new level.

i shant hijack this thread any further and no doubt the loon will continue, EXACTLY like a "dog with a bone".

Miss montana and PHB... Thank you for your posts!!! Miss montana, we didn't think it would take the CSA that quick to get in contact, so your experience sounds more likely!! We think she was hoping too get a double month off us at some point!! She went really unreasonable after her new partner starting living with her... (He unfortunately is one off those NRP's who the CSA was set up to get, but everytime he gets a job and they catch up with, goes back onto benefits!!! Not happy too pay for his own child, but happy too take my money!!!)
And PHB, I understand what you are saying... I would love more contact with my children!! But due to CSA payments, I need too work, which with my job, involves working away from home alot!! I use too see my boys at least once a week, but always at her house, I was never allowed to take them out!! Since her new partner has moved in I have to go through him!!! So now its in the hands of a solicitor!! Slowly but surely things are taking shape!! It's sad they won't meet their little brother/sister soon, still waiting on a reply to be able to write to the boys and send pictures... But as yet, nothing!!! (Which makes me laugh, their solicitor writes to us and demands an answer within 14days, ours write to them and we have to wait 6weeks!!! Everything is always on her terms!!!)
Thanks again, for the sensible replies!!!

You've not quoted any figures for separating cohabitees.

you are quite correct. i wouldn't know where to start with those stats.

i have cleared up the point that awkward, contact blocking pwc's are by no means a miniscule minority.

even if there were another 120,000 unmarried breakups, 95,000 c1 applications kinda speaks for itself really doesn't it??

you do get the odd nrp dragging it to court for petty reasons, but for many, the prospect of court is pretty much a last resort after yonks of putting up with a controlling and/or contact blocking pwc.

of course the pwc holds all the cards when it comes to contact. the "with care" part kinda speaks for itself there doesn't it. when have you EVER heard of pwc fighting for contact?? or can you not grasp that either??
I guess me fighting for the last 15 years means nothing :D

    you know what i meant!

i was referring to a PWC having to fight to see their child.

it's another shocking stat that over 40% of nrp's lose contact with their children within 3 years of break up. some just don't give a she-ite, others get bogged down in the court system. some will run out of money to fight, some simply give up. and when you're dealing with a massively female biased, draconian court system, it's not hard to see why.

Do you even know what you are typing?!! How can you 'clear up an issue' when you don't even have the comparative figures?!!!

Suggest you look up 'minority' in the dictionary to be honest

And using your figures that the latter you made up since you don't have a clue, then if you add the 2 together, 95,000 IS a minority. It's all maths - not what you think is a minority or not. And there's no such thing as a 'miniscule minority' - a minority is 49% of the figures used in comparison...which you don't have. So you're as much in the dark whether it's a minority as the rest of us :)

And of course - since you are big on figures - you will know that there are more non married parenting couples than married ones which would suggest that the figure of break ups (and potential blocking cases) would be bigger.

Call me all the names you want..it means nothing to me to be honest as you mean nothing to me. It does however show to others the sub intellect that you have - if in doubt call them a name!! V mature!! Do you teach your kids that? Quality parenting there..you sure are a beacon for the chavs to look up to

'Some'...do you have the figures as opposed to 'some'?

Just seems strange that you are blaming the courts when in actual fact, that figure could represent 39% of NRP's that choose not to see their child. Might not but we'll never know...who knows who will be in the minority:D

    Chip on shoulder eh?;)
