    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

    I'm amazed at how he has the audacity to buy something from dell for £349, remove the lcd monitor and sell it for £319. Sounds like a good way to buy a monitor for £30 if you ask me.

    Oh hang on a minute looks like a LCD monitor (that came WITH the £349 PC) is now £154.99 plus £25 P&P. AND he's using the dodge with pre-approoved buyers. Think that's another fee aviodance scam isn't it ?

    Hmmm ... risky business with a refund and - yes - if more people did this then Ebay would just alter their business model but come on - less of the outrage ! Have they ripped you personally off ?

    I seem to recall the Stazi employed a lot of people to watch if anyone did something that was "Verboten" !! ;-))

    Assuming I'm interpreting you correctly - if pre-approved bidders is a fee-avoidance scam then Ebay wouldn't offer it would they ? Its just a way of weeding out A.N.Other zero feedback scamster - 99% of them won't bother to ask for approval.

    I'm surprised someone hasn't accused this guy of witchcraft yet .... "I saw him talking to Satan on IM via his 99p Dell !"

    Ebay is beyond belief, they have rules but they seem to want to turn a blind eye when it suits them

    I reported this trader again.

    Perhaps all sellers should try and atempt to avoid paying higher fees then Ebay would cry like a baby.
