I have NO faith in Ebay acting on this. Maybe I'm just cynical.........;)

I have reported ALL his auctions where there is obvious fee avoidance - 17 in total.
Powerseller or not, Ebay WILL act if people report him enough.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Why would you report this? what difference does it make how he gets money for the item. If he is looking to avoid paying fees is that not just good business?

I say hats off to the man, keeping the money for himself and not feeding ebays pockets (who by the way charge too much as it is).

The more that people avoid fees, the more Ebay will increase charges and the more the honest amongst us will pay. It's a question of ethics, as far as I'm concerned.

But surely there are more people than ever on ebay, so many infact it can be hard to see the benefit of it at times and this hasn't stopped them in the past putting fees up. I understand what you are saying but I would still prefer to have the money in my pocket than theirs.

Look at it this way - if everyone did it, Ebay wouldn't cover their operating costs and would go out of business. Not being funny, but no-one is forcing anyone to sell on Ebay........................;)

What would the legal poistion be if i won the item for 99p and the wished to collect it myself, after all the contract would be made for 99p. Or I could arrange a courier of my own to collect.
