Pool car parking fine

:mad:OK, so here goes!!!
I got a parking ticket whilst using my works pool car, the fine is £120 but £60 if paid within 14 days, so, explained the situation to my boss and I accepted it was my fault and id pay, however due to lack of funds i asked my work if they could pay for the fine (on company credit card) and then the cost deducted from my wages (as I had no funds and i wouldnt of got paid till after the 14 days, therefore having to pay £120).... my boss was reluctant to do this and said if he did pay using company card then he will put charge of £15 on it therefore me paying £75quid....
I originally went to him with good intentions, accepting that it was my fault but asked if they could sub me till payday...
Now im a little p***ed off with his attiitude, so my main question is: As this is a company pool car, am I actually liable for the cost of the parking ticket???
Any help would be massively appreciated
Kind regards

Just to be sure--who issued the ticket?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

traffic warden, council i think. Am I personally liable or is my boss (as its officially the companies car)0

you might have signed a drivers declaration to allow you to drive company vehicles (or even your own vehicle for company business). It usually mentioned in there that any traffic violations committed in company vehicles is your responsibility. might be worth checking.
however i think that as you have already admitted fault you might have no way out now.The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits0 -
Borrow the £60 from family/friends, pay the fine, move on."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

If your family and friends can't be bothered to lend you this money for a few weeks, why should your employer?
I suggest you stop 'p*ssing off' your own employer by expecting them to provide you with an interest-free loan, and accept their offer."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
So tickets are now £120? what council?0

The owner of the vehicle is liable for the penalty charge if it is a PCN issued under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and not the driver. The council cannnot pursue you for payment.
Your employer may be able to deduct the payment from your salary if you signed a legally binding contract/document agreeing to this.0 -

Did they know you had the pool car when it was ticketed?I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
