    Hi StevieB,

    If you are a TalkTalk Customer with issues regarding a collections agency again I would advise you require registration on the TTMF forum so we can investigate into the collections on your account.

    Regards

    Trust them :rotfl:. Sorry it really is not funny is it. The cost of the phone calls alone is more than the beeping internet cost for the year. Sick of call centers who refuse to read the screen, now we are not even getting a human on the other end of their 'debt collection' calls it is just an automated phone us back on an 0871 number regarding arrears on your account.

    i would ask them to prove that you owe them any money what so ever and that you want a recored of all your payments and bills in writing and by law they have to provide that information within a time limit which i think is 12 days

    oh and something i also learnt, never ever ever addmit a debt

    no disrespect but after working with yourselves for over 12 years I would personally prefer to tackle this through my old contacts within the organisation as I have tried numerous times to sort this out via the complaints/adsl/dialup/accounts dept's and via email support/forum support, to the point that one lady in a call centre actually went through the fault process and raised a fault request _after_ I explained that the phone line is physically not there anymore!!

    Im half tempted to see if my old logins still work and sort this out myself on your systems! worst case this will get the attention of the MK NOC who may do something productive .....

    edit -->

    I am not a talk talk customer.. when my work contract with you expired, you removed the adsl account as stated within the work contract.

    HI SteveB,m

    It is obviously within your discretion as to how you resolve this matter.

    At no point have I requested anyones trust, this is something that should be proven not granted. I can assure you the TTMF Online COmmunity Executives will do everything they can to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, given the opportunity to do so. I can appreciate experiences with other departments may have undermined your faith in TT's abilities to resolve this issue however without having given the opportunity for the TTMF team to even investigate your issue is limiting your ability to make an informed choice.

    As advised we are happy to help and can do nothing more than offer the resources for you to utilise this support.

    Regards

    thats the amusing thing .. there have never been bills <all internally billed> .. all payments had been from credit card 0000 0000 0000 0000 <again all sorted out internally>

    i _know_ i dont owe them, the company acknowledges i dont owe them, but it seems the third parties have failed to have been told.

    OFCOM is the regulator if you wish to submit a complaint to them.

    You have been unable to recieve any support from TalKTalk as you cannot access the forums, and the phone staff are unable to help. If written letters to complaints do not help, i agree take out a CCJ against talktalk. Work out the amount owed, time spent dealing with the matter etc and add it all into a claim and submit it. If they ignore it and do not show up you win by default!
