that seems like a really strange thing to happen but oh well guess their must be a reason for it although i cant see what it could be
I think Company Reps lost the PM function as a few were abusing it
and doing a bit of touting for business;)
I agree with Big Craig, the cancellation department is the only lot that seems to have any sencePROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &

and that is probably why i will never fully excell in private business since i just could not abuse my position in that way and would never have thought about it
Broken hearted - have you checked on that link that Fermi posted? just thinking it might be better to try and get one person within their company working with you instead of the random script moneys you seem to be getting
also in the mean time go to www.samknows.com and do their checker to find out who is availible at your local phone exchange since at this rate i think it would be in your best interest to start getting armed with your optionsDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

See: --> Company Representatives now have PMs switched offMSE_Andrea wrote: »So you're aware, as part of a wider-ranging Forum Rules update, company representatives can no longer receive or send private messages.
Instead, we've asked them to ensure, where possible, that they're posting answers directly on the forum so that everyone can get the benefit rather than just one specific person.
Where people really do need to give them personal details in order to help sort out an issue company representatives can now include a specific help email address in their profile page and can direct people to their profile page from the forum (but not post the address in posts/threads).

Still banging my head off an incredibly thick talk talk brick wall. They wont even take the beeping payment now as it is not on the system yet the account will not sort out without payment. they have no ability to send out letters and no departments have managers available. Utterly useless.Barclaycard 3800

Hi StevieB,
If you are a TalkTalk Customer with issues regarding a collections agency again I would advise you require registration on the TTMF forum so we can investigate into the collections on your account.
