thankfully the days of sellers leaving negs has gone. i remember my first, won & paid straight away, item came damaged, emailed seller who ignored me, emailed again and he told me to bu**er off. neg'ed him, he called me the worst ever buyer. how someone can win and pay on time becomes bad god knows.

and still cant understand sellers who wait for buyers feedback, you sell you post it arrives if as you described that should be the end of.

OP have you contacted ebay at all. Have you offered a refund? I would contact the other sellers she neg'd & see how they dealt with it, ignore it or refund? Unless she lives in a dodgy area with a communal post box, or she buys 100's of items a week she cannot have that many items go astray. Unless she asks for a refund I can't see what she has to gain.
    Very odd.

Not contacted Ebay yet, I completed the revise feedback form and asked her why no contact was made to non delivery by RM. I also stated that I would have refunded her had she contacted me, needless to say no contact has been forthcoming.

On checking her feedback she only has 198 and there are no feedback revisions.

This one is a total mystery to me as well, the amount was less than £2.00.

Definitely a TSFE, a PM with her ID would be much appreciated. Have you google mapped the address to see if it's a block of flats or anything?

    Sorry to hear about this.

I had one recently, sent the item - got proof of posting then almost two weeks after I marked it as despatched I get a paypal dispute opened against me saying she never recieved it! Her message also said if I gave her an immediate refund she wouldn't neg me - WHAT A CHEEK!!!

I did refund her and wrote her a polite (almost sarcastic email) telling her I was happy to refund her as I have POP but that I was very disappointed that she had stipulated she would only leave positive feedback on receipt of an immediate refund and that I wasn't to know it hadn't arrived as she hadn't bothered to contact me!

Some people are jokes and it makes me thing twice about Ebay a lot :(
