Whats with all these +1 channels.
There must be at least 6 (Sky 3 +1 included)
No wonder there never seems to be nothing on Freeview, full of repeats and repeat repeats.0 -
It's not really Sky Sports News anyway, it should probably just be called Sky Sports Football. If you need to know a result then google it, what's the point in seeing last nights results over and over all day?0

It is Sky's way of making Freeview unattractive, therefore driving people towards its platform. Expect more of this now that they own Virgin 1, expect that to become Sky 3 +2 or similar.0 -
It's all part of the Murdoch Empire's recent change of policy to "nobody gets our news for nothing."
The same policy that now requires you to subscribe to, and pay for access to, their newspaper web sites - Times, Sun etc.
I would expect them to pull Sky News off FreeView next, although that might be a little less effective as there is an alternative free channel - BBC News 24.0 -
I am not crying over anything, I don't subscribe to Sky, ( Murdoch ) only the real " peasants " do that.
If I had my way he would be banned from ever getting his grubby fingers anywhere near any UK media.
So i am a peasant becuase I DO subscribe to it?
I think my bank manager and my accountant would disagree.
