I have ordered from them a few times and also been to their Sittingbourne site. I have had missing items in an order and also a remote control car that did not work. Though clearly this is unsatisfactory, their customer service was great and they sorted both issues out for me promptly

I live 5 mins from the Sittingbourne branch and have never had a problem with anything I have purchased. However I do agree that the boxes are very tatty in some cases. I brought the kitchen last xmas for my niece and it had a wheel missing but managed to get a replacement. Staff are very friendly and customer service is excellent.

Thanks for this post, we have just become new grandparents to our beautifull but very small, 5 day old grandson, Thomas. his space for when he visits nannas house has just been kitted out with cot bedding and curtains all with the winnie the poo design on them. we have also ordered a new cot mattress, so hope none of them are seconds. I have not seen this type of bedding at such cheap prices, i am delighted and am sure Thomas will be when he is a little older and can appreciate the colours.

I just ordered one for my little boy, my partner will go mad!! especially coz its pink, but you can not buy it for that price!

I have ordered from them loads of times and 99% of the time it has been great stuff, the packaging is always battered but the items have been fine. I had some trouble with a missing part, but i talked to a rep online on their live customer service help and the part arrived the next day.

I had the winnie the pooh cot bedding and it is lovely, excellent website.

Kitchen is back in stock. Asked them to email me when it was back in stock but missed it yesterday. Asked them to email me again last night which they did and was able to pick one up today. Just checked the site and the kitchen is back in stock. If anyone is stil interested.:T
