TBH I never checked my account status as the items arrived very quickly. Perhaps it means they've delivered it to the courier and my guess is you'll receive it early next week. I placed my order late last Friday (so they wouldn't get it until Monday) and it was delivered this Wednesday! If you don't receive anything by Weds then I would think about chasing them.

Inhave ordered 3/4 times from this site. Quick delivery and goods are well packaged. Had no problems with them in the past and highly recommend them.

does anyone know if the cool cook kitchen comes ready made up or is it in pieces for you to build up?i`d like to get one for a christmas pressie but dont have much storeage room-thanks in advance

normally they come in pieces to be built up - have not had this particular model but both the others I had came this way.

Orderd mine on sunday, arrived today, great buy, comes in bits to be made up which would have been easier had it come with instructions, overall though great site and a great buy

Thanks for posting this, I got a kitchen for my nephew and had it delivered today, the box was a bit battered but somehow I don't think he will be looking at the box

I love MSE it's saved me a fortune and a whole lot of worry, where would we all be without MSE?

Hi,

I also ordered the kitchen play set together with some other things. It arrived today but was just wondering did everyone's set look new or not? Mine arrived in a very tattered box also which i don't mind. However what I was disappointed in was that the parts looked very used, dirty and marked. There are also the large cooking pot was missing (only had the lid). AND on the side of the box was stuck some 'happy birthday ' wrapping paper. Obviously this was a returned product. Maybe i'm just unlucky? Will contact the store and see what they say. I haven't put the set together yet so I don't even know if all the parts are there as theres no instructions either I hope they can send me a replacement.

Apart from that, the service is excellent and very fast! My order arrived the next day.

Wow - you are being very charitable there! I would be fuming if I had been sent a returned item and incomplete/dirty at that! They should say that they are selling returned stock. Personally I think that's disgusting.
