I ordered a box of stuff a month ago or so and haven't even opened the box because it's for Christmas and I haven't got round to it but will definately open it later because I'd be really hacked off if it's seconds as it doesn't state that it's seconds on the site does it? :mad: :mad: cheeky devils!

yeah but be careful mates order is also looking like its seconds so thats me and a mate with two orders both look like seconds.... damaged boxes, missing items and very dirty inside.... this company don't seem honest to me

I emailed customer services one evening re a missing part and they emailed me back the following morning and resolved the problem immediately.

I found their customer services second to none!!!

I've ordered from these guys mutliple times. I do not think any of their stuff is 'B grade', but I have had a few items with bashed up boxes. I think there storage area (which must be quite big, cos I've ordered a lot of some things multiple times) needs reviewing. I believe this may be why things turn up dirty/bashed up.

The packaging people need a good kick!

also received an order this week. got a whole bunch of stuff including the tefal kitchen for £15. this was in a battered looking box too but when we put it all together it looked excellent. cant wait to see my toddler's face on christmas morning! all other items were in good boxes and no problems at all with delivery.

the winnie the pooh bedding is especially nice. :T

kitchen now back in stock. Just took my chance and ordered one and the scooby doo coupe car for my little boys birthday. Not too bothered if the box is battered as both will be set up ready before he sees them. Just hoping all the parts are there and its new, at least ive got until middle of november to sort out if theres any problems so its worth taking a chance.

Have just been to build the kitchen, in light of what everyone was saying about bits being missing. One kitchen trolley and kitchen complete with no problems. The only complaint that the kitchen "work surface" bit has a white coating on it, nothing that won't wipe off though. Box was also a bit battered. Now have the 2 things sitting in my living room, until Christmas as I can't be bothered taking it back down again.

I ordered 2 scalextric (sorry for spelling!) type toys for xmas last year for 2 children from diffrent homes. Both failed to work after 5 mins play. This year i have made a special rule not to buy anything electronic and put away for xmas pressies in case it happens again, it was so embarrasing, i have never ordered from them again since.
