we arnt getting ripped off, we are paying the right amount

we pay £18.48 which includes line rental and we pay £4 for the any time calls

youve missed the small print under the £6.99 a month where it says line rental for £11.99 a month

We don't have SKY television as nobody really watches it - but we have several Freeview things for the kids.

We pay 30 quid a month for calls/line rental/broadband all in with BT. The issues for us is because the exchange is bundled (hope thats the correct term) so we can't go with Sky etc, and the speed rarely tops 1 Meg. Doubt anyone will be getting speeds a lot slower than that!
