anyone got any tips at the moment my plays are coming into line for next year but need a new home for my pennies im not sure XEL will retrace enough and no SXX please im still kicking myself for not getting inat 6p

It seems things were being manipulated yesterday, with buys outnumbering sells by 3 to 2, yet the price still fell. I know there was a drawdown of cash RNS yesterday too, but I think there was some shaking going on yesterday ahead of news next week.

The SP on the TSX closed at 300p (equivelant in CAD$). I expect XEL will open at 300p+ on Monday.

they have drawn down additional funds which increases the risk again if the well doesnt flow how will xel repay debt, of course we are not expecting it to be a poor result, especially the amount of research and input the management have invested but again its just the risk

i sold 75% at 314 earlier and still hold 25% at 246p, i expect the SP to continue to fall until they announce flow tests have started in which i would expect a spike as MMs try to catch any late commers,

but this is one of the reasons why i am trying to get away from the AIM market its just too much in control of the MM's and most stocks arent ISa-able

Weather looks good from Sunday afternnon until thursday evening!.
Hpefully RNS monday to say SEDA drawdown + Flow Test starting!.
Thursday/friday maybe the day.

Seems people are getting jittery about the upcoming RNS. I almost bought some when it dipped to 250 earlier today but held off. Also, a pretty shocking day for BMR today. Down almost 30% because the 'deal' will now be completed after Christmas rather than before.

I almost bough in today too, on the dip. But couldn't quite bring myself to do it. I'm also waiting for NYO to drop back a little ahead of results, then may well get in there. I think I'm too emotional to be a good investor, and also perhaps too greedy!

It's down to idiots on certian boards posting rumour on rumour on rumour about this and that. I am staying put as you have to remember why you invested in the first place. The shorters will be out to drive this down.


BMR is anooying too why sell? Unless you need cash for xmas presents? Pointless the company will no doubt sign the deal anyway, people invest too short term really and that's when they get burnt.

Exactly! I'm currently sitting on a small loss on BMR, but there's no way I'm selling. They've basically said the deal will be done after Christmas. What's a few more weeks? We've been waiting long enough! I was very tempted to top-up today and bring my average down but I read conflicting views on whether this is a good thing to do.
