oh yeah i believe india is a good bet med to long term, and i belive the government will sell off assets, inflation will stabalise, food prices will increase
but i do expect her to continue on a n upward trend in the long run, its just while its a current bull market i think my money will achive modeest returns there eg 10% over the next 3 months which isnt really what i am looking for in the current istuation and will my financial goals
thats good reasoning behind CEY but i still cant believe a bank can a week later and after Q3 results whch werent that bad at all issue a sell rating
as before they will miss y/e trarget but as the new equipment comes online i will expect them to do well, also the are debt free and unhedged so they could even pay a dividend at some point, and i dont thinkthey will be tapping share holders or taking on debt to fund operations but anyway thats the pro points again negatives missing ye target
i agree on infrastruture but surelty that is defensive even in emerging markets, and how do you get exposure to that without investing directly ni stocks, im piling into gold at the moment its too easy not to but i am well aware there is a bubble on teh horizons with a sharp correction shoudl the dollar appreciate0 -
Blinko, I have posted something on the 'Stockmarket 2009' thread with some excellent TA work (not mine) on both US$ and CEY.Personal Responsibility - Sad but True
Sometimes.... I am like a dog with a bone0 -

Rather poor (short term) timing there, since the SP has consolidated around 250-255p.
IMHO, this consolidation was inevitable. However, if +ve flow rate, then 270p will seem like a steal. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
XEL price dropping now. I'm not in but maybe if it keeps going in this direction!0

thats what you get for buying on the buzz, if those flow rates aren good i am doomed, hopefuly another RNS before week end will keep us updated on the drill and again further de-risk
was going to head into GKP but its been downgraded and i may sit and wait
EO though i wouldnt mind a position on them, gonna keep my eyes out0 -
EO have been given a sell recommendation by Goldman Sachs today with a new target price of 112. Was looking at them myself but not so sure now!0

BLVN have hit oil, nice gains today.
XEL was always going to retrace with not much support and it will bounce back soon, remember flow rates should be out by end of the month, wait patiently and you WILL be rewarded! Why would there be a 7 million SEDA drawdown, people do not spunk that sort of money on oil that simply does not flow. We know it's heavy crude but the position of the horizontal sidetrack will give them optimum flow rates (somewhere near 2000-3000 boepd)
DES have now spudded Rachel north and have also risen nicely, this is the sh*t or bust time for DES, they need to find oil and start to have bookable assets to support their sentiment driven SP.0 -
DES is £1.20 a share for nothing, the risk and reward there is silly,
if they find oil half of its priced in I think, and if they dont its going to be lights out, ok they have a few drill options left but these things cost money
RKH on thmove today0 -
blleerruuugghh tell me about it -25% already !

What's the adage? Buy the rumour, sell the news!
Have patience, and wait for the flowrate. More than 1200bopd, and it's good. However, rumour has it that the FR will exceed the pump capacity (3kbopd).In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
