    Hi everyone

    • Monday - Leftover chicken with a can of condensed soup sauce and veg - today I'm doing a whole chicken in the SC for the first time so if all goes to plan we'll be having that tomorrow.
    • Tuesday - Meatballs spaghetti
    • Wednesday - grilled sardines and salad
    • Thursday - baked potatoes with chilli in freezer and salad
    • Friday - lamb tagine
Lunches are going to be pearl barley risotto, toast and something or pasta.

Breakfasts are porridge with raisins or dried cranberries.

Thanks for all your ideas guys. Need to do a big shop soon so I'll be sure to nick a couple of meals! :D

Here's my mealplans for the week. :)

Monday - Cottage Pie with Veggies
Tuesday - Not sure yet. I'll find something out.
Wednesday - Spanish Omelette with salad, bread and butter
Thursday - Soup of some description with a nice fresh hot roll
Friday - Chicken Balti with brown rice and extra veggies. I'm determined to only use one chicken breast and bulk the rest up with veggies again!
Saturday - Black Bean Turkey Stir-fry with noodles and yes, extra veggies. :)
Sunday - I was thinking of having a roast chicken, but I'll see if there are any offers on pork shoulders and will roast one. Then I'll put the leftover pork into a nasi goreng on Monday night. Mmm...

Lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers from the previous evening's tea. For desserts, sweets or snacks, there'll be fruit and some chewy cereal bars (homemade) to snack on. Breakfasts... DH has cereal, I don't tend to eat it. If I do, it'll be fruit or a bit later in the week I'll make some muffins. Oat and banana, I think, or spiced apple. Mmm...

Shell2001 - is the sweetcorn and curry sauce HM? If so do you have a recipe as it sounds great
