Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
It was my first week back to meal planning last week after being on holiday, and it was straight back to normal - no sooner had I posted my plan than I changed it. :o I mention this only as a couple of meals for this week might look familiar - I'm not having the same thing two weeks running, I just didn't get round to them last week.

So, I've got (I'm experimenting with a new colour coding system - red for meat meals, blue for fish meals, and green for veg meals - so bear with me, please!):

Tonight (Thursday) - chicken, bacon and asparagus salad with blue cheese dressing; garlic bread
Friday - pate ploughman's, either before going to the pub to watch the football or while watching it at home (I haven't decided which yet)
Saturday - cheese and bacon burger with salad
Sunday - pasta with aspargus, roast tomatoes, olives and pecorino
Monday - Bridget's hot potato salad with green salad (Bridget is my mum's best friend - her potato salad is made with eggs and bacon and, with the addition of something green, is a meal in itself)
Tuesday - veg pakoras, salad and naan bread
Wednesday - lemon piri piri pork with veg and brown rice
    Thursday
    - cheese and potato pie and ratatouille

    Have a nice week, all.
Back after a very long break!

    Evening all,

Wow,june is disappearing fast! Almost time for my monthly shop so the cupboards and freezer are looking very sorry for themselves.
At the moment my plans are:
    21st: Lasagne(freezer) and salad
22nd: Sausage and mash with cabbage
23rd: HM Turkey burgers(freezer) with HM wedges and salad
24th: Curry and rice (have chicken breast in freezer that have been living there too long!)
25th: Ham,potatoes and greens (my nan boils up a huge ham and always divides it between 4 of us)
26th: Pasta with HM tomato sauce (freezer)
27th: Jacket spuds with tuna and salad

Only need to buy some salad leaves...possibly greens. I also save money on the ham! :)
    Emergency Savings #73 = £1,500/£2,000
    Savings Pot £1,440.00
    Xmas 2018=£100/£300 Australia =£0.00/6000

Monday: Lunch - some of the tuna from Sunday's dinner in a sandwich. Dinner - chicken in the mushroom sauce remaining from Sunday lunch, with rice and broccoli.
Tuesday: Lunch - leftover chicken and rice in sauce. Dinner - spag bol.
Wednesday: Lunch - sandwich. Dinner - mince in gravy with mash, carrot and peas (sometimes I amuse myself by calling it 'deconstructed cottage pie').
Thursday: Lunch - sandwich. Dinner - quiche and salad.
Friday: Lunch - LO quiche and salad. Dinner - bean chilli with either crusty or garlic bread.
Saturday: don't know yet, need to find out if the man-shape is coming over and what he wants to do. Thinking perhaps fajitas for tea as it's something he is able to make so I can just relax with a glass of wine :P
Sunday: again don't know yet for lunch, fancy mushroom risotto for dinner.

Mine is going to be a bit vague this week as I go in for my operation on Monday so will be staying with my dad and stepmum Monday and Tuesday (at least).

    So......!

Monday - at dad's - had yummy roast pork with all the trimmings followed by strawberry cheesecake

Tuesday - at dad's - chicken in paprika sauce with chips

If home I will try to stick to: -

Wednesday - [STRIKE]battered fish, wedges and peas[/STRIKE] stayed at my dad's again, had a sandwich and nibbly bits

Thursday - chickpeas with tomato and spinach with sundried tomato bread

Friday - sweet and sour chicken (need to make this weekend)

Saturday - ham and leek cannelloni/lasagne

Sunday - [STRIKE]chicken in (I can't remember what sauce) with rice[/STRIKE] savoury rice as I can't find the chicken in my freezer!

All are (or will be) already cooked and frozen or can just be stuck in the oven. It will probably change quite a lot, but i'll have to wait and see what happens!
