I think as someone else said there seems to be more an issue for men than women, plenty of women dont really bother if there is a man about but lots of men would not dream of undressing with a woman they don't know about.

This reminds me of an occasion waiting for my wife to come out and show me an outfit where the assistant had a go at the men doing similar, rather than as she should have done telling the women who faffed around half-in-half out of the cubicles with the curtains half open, embarrassing the poor partners of the other women.

Is there to be no privacy now in changing rooms? Just because we do not like the idea of men using the same changing rooms doesn't mean we think all men are potentail rapists or peodphiles. Trying bras on is a very personal thing and for a young girl, sometimes quite embarrassing. Anybody can hear what the fitter is saying, and if it's men in the next cubicle it's not comfitable. I don't even like communal ladies changing rooms. Why is modesty so frowned on by some people?

I cant really see the problem, if the changing rooms are seperated by curtains and these cant be seen through then I cant see the issue, what are you thoughts on dads take their daughters to be fitted for bras? what happens to single parents where the dad is the parent and they have no female relative close by to help? should the girl go into M&S changing room on her own to be fitted?

Please, take her to a better shop for bra fitting. M&S are awful.

Try Rigby & Peller, they are amazing, & will measure you without a tape measure, just by sight, & then bring you 3 or so bras that actually fit. There is no need to be standing about half naked whilst someone pops in & out of the cubicle with random sizes!
