That's the point, there are machines that can seperate alcohol found in items such as these from that type found in drinks.
Ethanol is always ethanol. There are no such machines.
Zero tolerancers should support 20 mg/100 ml blood as the zero limit (with corresponding breath and urine limits). It's measurable with sufficiently small uncertainty and can be defended in court. Field screening methods would give a pass/fail result (just). I think 20 is used in Sweden. Not sure but think used for airline pilots and public transport drivers.0
