sony w850i and w950i release dates?

I am really after one of these phones but I would prefer it on tmobile as they seem to be doin g good deals on their flext plans. They only seem to offer the W810i at the moment. Does anybody know when the other 2 will be available. Or if the w810i is any good -I have got the w800 at the moment its ok but the joystick is rubbish!

It's better to travel hopefully than arrive...
