Thanks all. I have been feeling like this on and off for a while. Just got really bad today, guess I'm just tired. My targets went out of the window. I did very well up to June then Birthdays and the school holidays kicked in. So although I havn't got more debt it isn't shifting. Also with not taking the kids to school I'm not seeing people as much as normal.

Might have a look at sheets and see if the debt is less than I have in sig. Fingers crossed it may cheer me up.

Hi brokenhearted. I echo what oldrimes says about taking it slowly and starting small.....and cmorlife too. I think you may need to talk to someone as well if this continues as it could well be depression or even some sort of panic attack?

I hope you feel better soon honey and screw crapquest. They have no right to make you feel physically ill. If you are doing what you can then you can do no more.
