I hadn't heard anything for awhile either so called them last week. I was told there was a delivery coming at the end of last week and to call back again on Tuesday. Well I forgot on Tues, but called on Wed and they said, oh yes, we can deliver on Friday! Try it! I just called the 0844? number earlier in this thread.

Hmm I've had two emails saying "your free freezer is on its way" but no further contact. I'm guessing I should call them but it's a bit odd -how would I know to do that if I didn't follow this thread? Will call tomorrow.

had a phone call today from indesit to say can i confrim my address etc so they can deliver my fridge freezer, i did and they said its arriving thurday and confirmed it by text, but as i was so overwemed by a free fridge i didnt ask where it was from and i have entered loads of compeitions and the free fridge freezer thingy online.would i have been emailed by npower first would this be from the free fridge thing or something else, my phone playing me up so cant ring them back but i rang other day from my bf;s but they were closed and it was indersit. confused, did you lots get told by a phone call or ?any details plz,

looking at yr threads mine is the same, but indesit rang me, what do i have to do when its here, how will it get conected for the date to get to them, shall i ring them and ask if its from the free thing, n power is it? so long ago ive forgotten, how long do i have to keep it for, i dont no what to do with it and do i risk sellin my fridge i already have and keep this one as mines quite new and silver that matches my kitchen and the one there sending in white.

hi did you get any user instructions with the fridge freezer?
did you just switch it on?
do you know what the display on the front of the fridge means ie the flashinf lights on the fridge door.

Hi, we got our fridge freezer yesterday - it is massive and quite impressive! Thanks Martin!

Ours also didnt come with instructions, very annoying when it looks like it has quite a few cool features! Anyway I think I have found them using a different model number - hope this helps - I am off to play with it!

I cant post the link as I am new on here but search for model PBAA34NFXD on the indesit website.
