Free Energy Efficient Fridge Freezers Discussion

I got a phone call on Friday to say my fridge freezer is ready to be delivered, I got it today and its fab so big i can fit the contents of two fridges in to the one!:j
I never got any email to say I had been selected ect can anyone pm me with a copy of what they got in the email?

the email we received (which i found in my spam from november, from npower@email.npower.com) said:

Your appliance is now being specially made and fitted with the dynamic demand technology, and is due to be delivered around March 2011.

thats not the fridge we ar getting. but an indesit is arriving in around 15 mins...

Our fridge arrived with some damage inside and after speaking to a bunch of different people who said "we've never heard of that fridge model. what trial?" i eventually got called by the head (i think) of the trial at indesit. Everyone has been great about it, even those who didnt know about the trial, and we are getting a new door next week.

we got a PBAA 34 V D machine (search google for that and indesit (im not allowed to post links apparently?))

apparently those who got accepted also got an email last week with a very interesting user guide. we didnt get it, but the head of the trial that i spoke to forwarded me a copy.

apparently, they are beginning phase 2 of the trial at the moment, having upgraded the technology after the first phase trial. the people who got theirs last year were in phase 1. see rltec (dot com)'s website for more details.

apparently RLTec will deliver the new modem-boxes in 4-6 weeks, when a follow-up engineer will come and install it.

I have received a mail stating I have a Fridge freezer "Indesit PBAA 34 V D 60cm Hotpoint Fridge Freezer" That is nice, but I asked for a fridge as I have no room in my flat for a huge fridge/freezer . . so I'll call them . . .

Does anyone have a contact number as we were selected for the trail and received and email saying they will contact shortly and not heard anything since.

Hi I phoned this number 08000151846 was told they will be delivering over the month of may and I should recive and email or a call for the beforehand there is a number for rltec this is the company deilvering it is 02033971260 let me know how you get on

I know Im a bit late to the party but anyways. My brother works for nPower and got told about the trial about 2 months before they went public. We applied and got accepted. We've had the fridge freezer now for about 14 months and its running brilliantly.
Someone from indesit comes to to take the old fridge away and install the new one. They then plug the 'thing' in to your router to let it to its thing. Since we've had the fridge its been running smoothly without a single problem. The temp control at the front of the fridge works brilliantly although i leave it on eco mode. Any questions please feel free to ask

hi ya can i ask what number did they use to phone you on just ive had a couple weird numbers call me that i have missed , and im waiting for a delivery of my freezer , x
