Thats a bit off- I'd want to email them if I were you. I only got a freezer myself after my mum won one from ebay for me last year-I had existed for about 10 years without one quite happily- I only also got gas put in 2 years ago and I'm in a central-ish part of London. Its not just remote or random people this would concern, there are quite a few people out there who may not fit the criterea and seems odd that they wouldn't want a good representation of the UK rather then just the same type of person.

too deep for my kitchen and have nowhere else to put another one. So gonna have to miss this one, shame would have liked a new Fridge.

Just wanted to check something out please

When the website went back up again last week i filled out what they wanted to know and did the form and got a thankyou box and will hear by Letter but then the site went down again so can i just check it i need to do it again or when you get the thankyou box then it has been passed onto them?

Just a bit worried in case it has got lost due to the problems they have had with there website.

So has the deadline passed now? Also, is there any possibility you could create a 'winners page' on your website so people can quickly find out if they have won and then make arrangements?:money:

without looking i think the deadline is aug 8th as there wasa a delay in the website working.

great idea for a winners list on their website tho

there is a reply from npower saying that don't worry if you did the form before the reply is above. HTH

I had the same problem - we don't have gas, yet the form insisted I had to name our gas supplier. And we don't have a freezer, which made the questions about whether our freezer was free-standing or built-in, and how often we stocked it, hard to answer!
